Warranty Period

The products sold by Aeris are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of issue of the sales invoice.

Conditions not covered by warranty

Problems caused due to misuse or incorrect connection of the equipment, as well as improper storage, installation / connection errors, falls, damage from lightning, fire, instability in the supply (surges, noise, etc.) will not be covered by warranty, application outside work limits, damage with water or other liquid not applicable to the product's characteristics, among other factors inherent to the good practices of use and application of each product. Always consult the installation manual or technical sheet of the same or contact our team if any doubts about the product remain.
